So I did a post not to long ago about the Gudetama x Curry House food and I just went to check it out myself. Here is a link to that post talking about the place  Gudetama x Curry House . There is a lot of different locations but I choice the one in Little Tokyo, reason being the new Sanrio store called Sanrio Japanese Village is there and I haven't check it out since it opened. So I went yesterday and I went to the Sanrio store first, it was super cute I spend like a hour in there. I'm sure I would of been in there longer if I wasn't with people lol. I really did like the store it reminds me of a real Sanrio store not what they have anymore in some of the malls. There is one thing I didn't like that and that was the service, none of the staff looked happy and they didn't talk. I understand it's it a job but if your working for a company about Happiness and it's going to be their main store in LA then look happy and be friendly. I did get a lot of cute stuf...

Happy Birthday Jimmy from Patty and Jimmy of course. Jimmy doesn't like sports unlike his best friend Patty. He loves to read and play chess though. He is the best chess player in his class. He also loves to play cards always. Let wish him a big birthday and hope he winning that chess match he has going on. 

In 2014 Isetan Shinjuku and Sanrio teamed up for a new collection called glitched. The designer was Nukeme and he created a whole line of glitched apparel without Sanrio as well. They had a event called "The Glitch @ Tokyo Kaihou-ku" it begin on June 18th and ended on July 1st. These cloths were very exclusive, you can find them now but they will be very pricey. The collection featured Hello Kitty, My Melody, Keroppi, Little Twin Stars and Patty and Jimmy. A colleague of Nukeme said "With advance in technology, methods of expression have also become more progressive. Glitch is one of such methods, and we wanted to introduce artists embodying this expression. It was by accident that Nukeme came to know the beauty of glitch. He saw how it could be used in fashion. We want to showcase a new type of fashion." Ucnv was another artist that helped develop the glitch fashion world, among others. There is a number of items they had like T-shirts, coats, hats, bags and more....

Every year Sanrio has a raffle to see who is the biggest character, You can start voting on May 10th, which is today. The voting polls are already open and they have 100 different characters to choose from. Not only are they have this poll Tokyo Metro is also holding a stamp rally, starting today as well. The stamp rally is the fill the sheet with all the stamps and give it to a Sanrio store. The people who complete the sheet will be put in the raffle to win a ticket to "32nd Sanrio Characters Ranking Award Ceremony" held at Sanrio Puroland on July 2nd. The first 10,000 will also receive a Sanrio 100 character sticker sheet.
