Did you know that not only does Sanrio have a few different glasses lines but they also have contacts. Now these contacts aren't like any other contacts of course they contacts have Hello Kitty on your eye. Hello Kitty and Fall in eyez teamed up for these beautiful contacts, which launched on August 1st, 2013. They are called Hello Kitty Violet, they have Hello Kitty's face and hearts. The design should increase the perceived size of your Irises but it doesn't help you see better lol.       

In Japan, Hello Kitty partnered up with the Wonder Women film to sponsor it. The director of Wonder Women Patty Jenkins is a fan of Hello Kitty and of course said yes to this collaboration and was very excited for the collaboration. She also said "It's really wonderful that everyone's beloved Hello Kitty is taking the lead for Wonder Women." In Japan when you buy a ticket for the Wonder Women movie you can get a Wonder Women x Hello Kitty rubber key chain or a limited edition reproduction of Wonder Women's first comic book appearance in 1941. This is the first time Hello Kitty partnered up with a non Japanese character and Warner Bro's as well. They are making merchandise for the collaboration, the release day hasn't been made yet though.  

Tokidoki and Sanrio have always had new collections coming out, they never stop bring us amazing new products. So once again Tokidoki and Sanrio have teamed up and it is online now on  Sanrio  and  Tokidoki . The collection have to say is my favorite one, but that is so far since I know there is more to come. The summer collection is called sweet and has 18 pieces that include, T-shirts, pens, notebooks, and more. In 2014 Isetan Shinjuku and Sanrio teamed up for a new collection called glitched. The designer was Nukeme and he created a whole line of glitched apparel without Sanrio as well. They had a event called "The Glitch @ Tokyo Kaihou-ku" it begin on June 18th and ended on July 1st. These cloths were very exclusive, you can find them now but they will be very pricey. The collection featured Hello Kitty, My Melody, Keroppi, Little Twin Stars and Patty and Jimmy. A colleague of Nukeme said "With advance in technology, methods of expression have also become more progressive. Glitch is one of such methods, and we wanted to introduce artists embodying this expression. It was by accident that Nukeme came to know the beauty of glitch. He saw how it could be used in fashion. We want to showcase a new type of fashion." Ucnv was another artist that helped develop the glitch fashion world, among others. There is a number of items they had like T-shirts, coats, hats, bags and more....

My Melody and Kuromi teamed up to do a character cafe together. For a limited time of course in Tokyo, Japan opened on July 14th and closed on November 5th. Outside while you wait there is a stand where you can take a picture with My Melody and Kuromi. The stand is right in front of the cafe so they welcome you in and when you get inside they are everywhere. Its very pink and Japaneses style, it makes the environment so welcoming. They have lunch, tea and dinner, they all have a different menu and items. The food looks to good to eat but I can say that about all Sanrio food. The cafe was very cute and had a lot on the menu. Lazy oaf and Hello Kitty have join together to bring us the kawaii's cloths for the summer. They have released a limited edition 16 piece collection with Hello Kitty everywhere. This line isn't cheap starting from 20 bucks and ending at 75. This line released today, June 15th and get out while its there cause you never know how quick it we sell. Gemma Shiel is the designer she loves Hello Kitty and wanted to make a nostalgia line, she keep the basic red, blue and yellow look to go with Hello Kitty's original design.
